Who we are

HatVisa is a document-preparation service operated by Yazan For E-Commerce Est., registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (Commercial Reg. No. 419660).

We are not a government body, embassy, consulate, visa application centre, law firm, or travel agency acting on behalf of any authority. We have no affiliation with any embassy or visa centre, and nothing on this site is legal or immigration advice.

What you are buying

You are paying us to prepare supporting documents for a visa application or a trip: a flight reservation and itinerary, a hotel confirmation, a day-by-day travel plan, a cover letter, and any add-ons shown at checkout. Everything is delivered digitally to your order page and email.

Our fee pays for the preparation and delivery of these documents. It does not pay for — and cannot influence — the outcome of any visa application.

No guarantee of visa approval

Visa decisions are made solely by the embassy or consulate handling your application. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind that your visa will be granted, and we accept no liability for a refusal, a delay, a request for further documents, or any consequence of a decision made by any authority.

Payments and refunds

Our deliverables are custom digital documents, prepared specifically for you and delivered promptly after payment. For that reason, all fees are non-refundable once preparation of your order has begun, regardless of the outcome of any visa application — including refusal, withdrawal, or a change in your travel plans.

If we fail to deliver a document you paid for, contact us within 14 days and we will either deliver it or refund that item. That is the only case in which a refund is due.

Chargebacks and disputes

If something is wrong with your order, contact us first — almost everything can be fixed within hours.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute over a delivered order, including where the reason is a visa refusal, is a breach of these terms. We respond to every such dispute with our delivery records, and we reserve all rights and remedies available under the governing law below, including recovery of amounts owed and reasonable costs.

Your responsibilities

You must give us accurate information, with names written exactly as they appear in the passport. We prepare documents from what you type; errors caused by inaccurate input are not our responsibility, though we will fix them where we reasonably can.

The cover letter and travel plan are drafted from the information you provide and are submitted in your name, not ours. Our role is limited to drafting and formatting; the statements they contain are and remain yours. You are responsible for reviewing every document before submitting it and for the accuracy and truthfulness of its contents, including their consistency with the rest of your application.

Our documents are supporting materials for genuine applications and bookings. You agree not to use them to misrepresent facts to any authority, airline, or other party.

Delivery

Documents are delivered digitally to your order page and by email, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. If anything is delayed we will tell you and keep you updated.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for visa refusals, missed travel, tickets or bookings purchased elsewhere, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute connected to them or to an order, are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
