Refund Policy

Nature of our products

Everything we sell is a custom digital document — flight reservations and itineraries, hotel confirmations, day-by-day travel plans, cover letters, and related add-ons — prepared specifically for you and delivered electronically shortly after payment. No physical goods are shipped.

When a refund is due

If we fail to deliver a document you paid for, contact us at support@hatvisa.com within 14 days of your order. We will either deliver the missing item promptly or refund the price of that item in full. This is the only case in which a refund is due.

If we cancel your order ourselves for any reason before delivery, you receive a full refund automatically.

When a refund is not due

Because our deliverables are custom digital documents prepared and delivered promptly after payment, all fees are non-refundable once preparation of your order has begun. This applies regardless of the outcome of any visa application — including refusal, withdrawal, a change of travel plans, or documents no longer being needed.

Visa decisions are made solely by the embassy or consulate handling your application; our fee pays for the preparation and delivery of documents, not for any outcome.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (the same card or account used at checkout). Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount typically appears within 5–14 business days.

We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different card or account than the one used for payment.

How to request a refund

Email support@hatvisa.com from the address used on your order, including your order reference (e.g. HV-XXXXXX) and a short description of the issue. We reply to every refund request, normally within 24 hours.

If something is wrong with a delivered document — a typo, a date change, a name correction — contact us first: fixes and re-issues are free and are almost always resolved within hours.
