This page explains what we collect when you use hatvisa.com, why we collect it, and what we do — and don't do — with it. It's short on purpose; there is nothing hidden in it.

What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name (as printed in your passport), email address, trip details (route, dates, destination), and — depending on the service — your nationality, phone number, and passport number. We collect nothing beyond what the documents actually need.

If you start the order form and don't finish it, we keep what you entered so we can restore your progress and, occasionally, email you a reminder about the order you started. That's the only marketing-like email we send.

We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose (PayPal, or a bank transfer via CliQ); we only receive a confirmation and a payment reference.

Why we collect it

One reason: to prepare and deliver the documents you ordered, and to help you if something goes wrong. Your details go into your itinerary, hotel confirmation, and cover letter — that's what they're for.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't run ad trackers or third-party analytics on this site. The only things stored in your browser are your preferences (language, theme, currency) and your order-form progress, so a refresh doesn't wipe your answers.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run HatVisa, and each one receives only what it needs: our payment providers (to confirm your payment), our email service (to send your order and updates), our hotel partner (when your order includes a hotel confirmation), the drafting tools we use to prepare cover letters, and our own staff, who are notified of new orders so they can start work.

We will disclose data to authorities only if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Order records and delivered documents are kept while we may still need them — for support, for accounting, and to answer payment disputes. After that they can go.

Want your data deleted sooner? Email us and we will delete everything we are not legally required to keep, and confirm it to you.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email is enough: support@hatvisa.com. We answer these ourselves, not with an automated system.

Security

Your data lives on our own private server, transmitted over HTTPS, with access limited to the people who prepare your documents. No system is perfect, but we keep the surface small: no third-party dashboards, no data warehouses, no analytics pipelines.
