Romania's Abuja consular section is suspended indefinitely from 29 May 2026 — confirm the alternate lodging point. Slovenia has no mission in Nigeria; confirm the representing state before applying.

- Consular jurisdiction is split north/south: German, French and Italian missions take southern-state residents in Lagos and northern residents in Abuja. Apply where you legally reside.
